Chapel Hill Gymnastics offers classes for children ages 12 months and up.
Students new to Chapel Hill Gymnastics are invited to participate in a complimentary trial class. To maintain our student to teacher ratios, please contact the office to schedule a beginner trial class. Age eligibility requirements apply and a trial class waiver signed by parent or legal guardian is required at sign in.
Students may register for an age and skill appropriate recreational class with availability at any time and receive a prorated tuition amount for the remaining classes in the month. Convenient on line enrollment is available for beginner level classes. Intermediate and Advanced students, please contact the office for assistance.

Parent & Tot Classes are for children ages 12 months to 3 years old. Each class is 45 minutes long.
Spend quality time with your child while introducing them to the fun of physical activity in a safe environment. This class introduces children to gymnastics skills using music, games, and fun! Each child is accompanied by an adult, who helps guide the child through stations and activities under the supervision of the class instructor. Your child will develop large motor skills, coordination, strength, and group/social skills through gymnastics activities.
Preschool Gymnastics classes are for children ages 3-5 years. Each class is 45 minutes long.
We introduce the preschooler to gymnastics through experiences on gymnastics apparatus sized just for them while developing large motor skills, coordination and strength. Children learn to follow instructions while developing their overall fitness and motor skills with challenging activities on gymnastics equipment directed by our professional & dedicated staff. As always, every class concentrates on basic balance, coordination and challenging skills for your child to accomplish. There is encouragement, positive reinforcement, and lots of fun!
Kindergarten Gymnastics classes are for children ages 5-6 years old. Each class is 55 minutes long.
In this class, children learn basic gymnastics position, drills, and skills in a progressive manner. Kindergarten classes build a strong foundation for your child to develop a sense of athletic achievement, self esteem and social skills that will last a lifetime. Our special “kid sized” gymnastics equipment is built to accommodate small hands and small bodies as they explore the exciting and fun sport of gymnastics.
Girls Gymnastics Classes
Classes are for girls ages 6 and up years old. Each class is 55 minutes long.
Gymnasts are separated by skill ability. After being introduced to the gymnastics equipment, each gymnast strives to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and self confidence through the mastery of gymnastics skills. Each student progresses at his or her own pace through the levels and advances once all skills of the current level are mastered.

Tumbling & Trampoline Classes
Tumbling & Trampoline Classes
We offer Tumbling classes for girls and boys ages 6 and up.
Tumbling classes focus on skills done on spring floors and tumble track trampolines. Students learn skills, drills, and different levels of tumbling from beginner forward rolls to handsprings, back tucks, and more. Tumbling classes are ideal for students who enjoy skills on floor more than other apparatus. Tumbling classes are great preparation and supplement to jump rope teams, martial arts, dance and cheerleading activities.
Home Schooled students have the option of a day class during our traditional school year, September through May.
The class is for boys and girls ages 6 and up. Each class is 55 minutes long.
After students are introduced to the gymnastics equipment, each gymnast strives to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and self confidence through the mastery of gymnastics skills. Each student progresses at his or her own pace.
